ReSound Azure’s focus on the way sounds are perceived and prioritised has led to the development of Environmental Optimizer™. This new system delivers individual amplification in seven different listening environments – all without changing programs or requiring manual user intervention.

Environmental Optimizer has three functions. With Environmental FineTuner™ initial personal loudness preferences are determined in Aventafitting software. Environmental Classifier™ then monitors the real-life environments and applies the optimal personal settings for a given situation. Finally, Environmental Learner™ can be activated to monitor and further adjust to the user’s personal references in each environment.
